Airport transport
So I'd rather not pay to store my car at LAX for 10 days, but I'd also rather not ask a friend to get up in time to drive Jen and I to LAX by 4am on a Wednesday for our 6am flight.

Does anybody know a cheap way to get two people from Anaheim to LAX that early?

Super Shuttle?

If I were in town I'd say "Me", but erm. I'm not. Sorry.

The cheapest way I know was the Van Nuys flyway, involved storing your car, but it was better than LAX and oh so much cheaper, but sadly that doesn't help you in the least.

Good luck.

hmm... i know if you could get to the 105, the metro is cheap from there to lax, but i dunno about getting there from anaheim. maybe metrolink? i know there is a shuttle from the metro station at the 105/605 to the metrolink... not sure if that helps you any.

if you don't figure out a way, i will be out of school for the week, (actually for 3 weeks) so if you need a ride you can call me.

That's extremely sweet!
...but the whole point was that we didn't want to do that to any of our friends. So while we very much appreciate the offer, I don't think we'll be taking you up on it.

Hmm.....I wonder if the Metro/Metrolink are running that early. Definitely something to look into....

Too damn early
Honestly since its so early I would say stick with Super Shuttle or their competition Primetime shuttles (redvans.com). Otherwise I'd suggest taxi to metrorail as an alternative, but the rail pre-dawn just sounds cold and annoying. That or find someone that commutes to LA anyway and wants to make gas money and avoid rush hour.

If your flight wasn't so damn early, this would've worked:

Instead, I think you're stuck with one of these:

There are also private car services, but they'd be more expensive.

If you have friends who live closer to the airport and will allow you to store your car at their place, you can save money by having a shuttle drive from and to that location, instead of Anaheim.

Stay at a motel
There are a lot of places near LAX that will store your car and shuttle you to the airport. All you have to pay is one night's lodging.
