It didn't go well.  This is an understatement.

I'm haunted by the fact that in my FIRST station on Saturday, I forgot two orthopedic exams -- one of which I knew I knew, but couldn't bring to my brain.  Until, literally, the last second.  I was reaching for the patient to do Kernig's (a very easy test, BTW) when time was called and I had to leave the room.

This set the tone for the entire exam.

X-Ray wasn't much better.  It was difficult, but I didn't think it was unreasonably so....until I started to talk to my classmates.  Every decision I made, I started to doubt.

All in all, I'm feeling like quite the idiot, and hoping for the one thing that can save me --- that 40% of the people taking the exam this weekend did worse than me.

That said, I also know that I felt very similarly after parts I, II, and III.  They do design the test to make you feel like this.  And I did fine on all of those.

Let the countdown to June 27, when the grades are posted online, begin.  (40 days and counting...)
