I'm nuts
I've been hearing medleys in my head.  The a cappella variety, where the songs overlap after a while.  I was stuck on one, and now I've got two alternating.  No clue why, but I figured that if I wrote them down maybe they'd leave my head.

Medley #1:
You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch
Cruella de Vil

Those two overlap surprisingly well, and work together thematically.  I'm actually kind of amazed I haven't heard it done yet.

Medley #2:
It's My Life (No Doubt)
It's My Life (Bon Jovi)

Those two don't overlap nearly as well, but the No Doubt one has a two-chord sequence after every chorus that would make for a perfect progression into the Bon Jovi version.  Strangely, there's also a moment in one of the instrumental breaks of the No Doubt one where I hear Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in The Wall."  Listen for it next time the song's on the radio - the line you're listening for is the familiar one ("We don't need no education")

You're right... you're nuts.
(And you completely forgot to medley in Billy Joel's "My Life"!)

The Billy Joel song only works if it's combined with the old guy at the beginning of every episode of "Monty Python's Flying Circus."
