NSA BCI HOW
Last weekend was the Network Spinal Anatomy Basic Care Intensive Hands On Workshop in San Francisco.  It was good for me in a number of ways - once again supporting the ideas that I know what I'm doing, I know what I'm feeling, and I know why I'm here.  (those were the three statements that made up the weekend's mantra)  Also, I really love SoulWorks (the office in which the HOW was held), and once again I found that receiving multiple entrainments in a short period (three over two days this time) makes me feel really good.  =)

I didn't get too deep into it, but I did get to feel a gateway and make a contact.  Which was interesting - I discovered that you can feel the gateway a lot easier when you're not trying to feel the gateway.  I had trouble feeling it that way, and went right to it when making the contact.  Interesting stuff.  Just a matter of building trust in myself, I guess.

Anyway, it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to the next NSA BCI HOW that I get to attend in mid-August, as well as the NSA ICI I'll hopefully be going to in September, depending if my midterm schedule allows for it.
