I spent much of today doing stuff my brain told me was stupid. For example, the 'net has been full of e-mails lately about Brown Recluse spiders, and how now is a really dumb time to stick your hands in places that spiders might like to hide. For example, doing all sorts of work in the garage. Similarly, my chiropractic training tells me DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TWIST YOUR TORSO AND LIFT ANYTHING - that's how people blow out discs. But when you're dealing with a tight space with shards of wood sticking out at weird angles, or when you're on a ladder and have to get something down from a shelf, there's not a whole lot of choice.
So anyway, I'm not done yet - but I think I'm done for today. Then I get to do more stupid stuff tomorrow! Yay!
