Graaaaaaargh
I'm hurt and upset and it's irrational and unreasonable.

Ain't awareness a wonderful thing?

Was it something I said?

Nope.
Not you. Not said, either.

I'll be having a conversation with the one person involved the next time I see them -- no accusations or requests for change, 'cause as I say the whole thing's unreasonable and I know that, just an explanation of my feelings.

It's also natural for humans...

I think I agree with you
but there's FAR too many people out there fighting that nature in every conceivable way.

Just curious...
Did the feelings come about after an entrainment? I have experienced getting really irrational and pissed off after certain entrainments.

If so, it's a good thing (although it sucks to experience). It means the body is starting to engage the emotional system as a means of dissipating energy by exploring a wider range of emotion. If that's the case you may have the experience several times. Only problem is you can't predict when they'll happen.

Just curious...

Not that I noticed
I suppose it's possible, but I got the impression that when you get entrainment-emotion, you're not really sure why. Sadly, this is far more directed than that.
