Computer issues  
Occasionally you can tell when Windows needs to be reloaded.  It becomes pretty obvious the computer's asking you for that to happen when, for example, it requires that you reboot and run CHKDSK twice in one day.

Fortunately, Fry's is having a sale on HDOUS's (Hard Drives of Unusual Size), so I just picked up a reasonably priced 300GB drive.  Had to disconnect the Zip drive to use it, but the reality is that I haven't touched a Zip disc in several years - now that burning CDs and DVDs is cost effective, the 250MB $10/disc media doesn't really make much sense.

Moving stuff around now to accomodate the reinstall.  This will take a while.....
